1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PICKHANDY (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.
2. Description of service
PICKHANDY is an online marketplace that connects customers seeking local services with verified service providers. We do not provide services directly; we facilitate the connection between customers and independent service providers.
3. User accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Provider verification
Service providers must submit valid identity and professional documents for verification. PICKHANDY reserves the right to approve or reject any provider application at its sole discretion. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of the quality of services provided.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Service provider subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; post false or misleading information; harass, abuse, or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
7. Limitation of liability
PICKHANDY is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any service provider or customer. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services listed on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
