Every provider submits identity documents and professional credentials. Our team reviews and approves each application before the provider can appear on the platform.
Contact the provider directly first to resolve the issue. If you cannot resolve it, open a support ticket and our team will assist within 24 hours.
Go to My Requests in your dashboard and click Cancel on the relevant request. Cancellation policies may apply depending on the provider.
Click "Become a Provider" and complete registration. Submit your documents for verification. Once approved, choose a subscription plan and start receiving leads.
